Verify an older report

Cards issued April 2024 – August 2026 remain fully valid and are verified from the same laboratory register.

In August 2026 the laboratory moved its reports to a new register and a new card design. Every report issued before the change has been carried over — the report number, PIN, findings and photograph are exactly as recorded when your article was tested.

How to tell an older card

  • The report number has 9 digits and no letter in front — for example 101904366. (Current cards start with a letter, such as S101947300.)
  • The PIN is 4 digits and is printed on the card.

Verifying

Enter the number and PIN exactly as printed. If your card's QR code brings you to this website, the number is filled in for you; some older QR codes open the report directly.

Batches of identical products (for example a run of bracelets from one lot) were issued as a numbered series sharing one PIN and one set of findings. Any number in such a series verifies against that batch record.

Something doesn't match?

If no report is found, or the record differs from your card or product, contact the laboratory with photos of the card and the product and your purchase details.
