By using this website or relying on a DRGTL report you accept the following conditions.
Each report records the laboratory's professional opinion on the identity and authenticity of the specific article examined, based on the tests stated on the face of the report, at the date of issue. It is not a valuation, appraisal, offer or guarantee of value, and must not be presented as one.
The report relates only to the article physically examined by the laboratory. DRGTL is not responsible for substitution, damage or alteration of the article after it leaves the laboratory. A report whose card has been altered, copied or tampered with is void.
Online verification at drgtl.com confirms that a Report No. and PIN correspond to a record in the laboratory register. It does not by itself confirm that the article in your hand is the one examined — compare the photograph, weight and measurements on the record with your article.
Testing methods are non-destructive and carried out with due care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRGTL's liability in connection with any report or this website is limited to the testing fee paid for the article concerned.
Report lookups are rate-limited to protect the register. Automated scraping of records is prohibited.
